Privacy notice for free guides

What we store

When you ask for a free guide we store your first name, email, WhatsApp number (only if you give it), the country you select, your main interest, the page language, the guide you asked for, the page or link you came from, the time, and the consent sentence you agreed to.

Why

To give you the guide and, because you ticked the box, to send occasional trading-education emails or messages. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send them to brokers.

Where and how long

Details are kept in our database on Cloudflare. We keep them while you stay subscribed and delete them no later than 24 months after your last request, or sooner if you ask.

Unsubscribe or delete

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your details, write to us from the same email address via Telegram @gorilacapital99 or reply to any of our emails with the word DELETE. We act within 30 days.
